How do I receive my reading?
After placing your order, you will receive a personalized PDF reading at your email address within 24-48 hours (48 hours for Zi Wei Dou Shu readings). You will also receive a download link.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. Your birth details are used solely for generating your reading and are never shared with third parties. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Can I get a refund?
Digital readings are non-refundable once delivered, as each is custom-generated based on your birth details. Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition.
Do the lucky charms really work?
Our crystals and charms are crafted with authentic materials and traditional methods. We present them as tools for mindfulness and intention-setting rather than magical guarantees. Many find that wearing a symbol of their element brings daily awareness and positive focus.
